Burnside Hall room 512, located on the South-East corner of the 5th floor of Burnside Hall next to BH511, is a multi-media meeting room equipped with a large monitor and white board. This room can seat 12 people and is聽available for general booking by students, staff and faculty for group meetings only聽(3 or more persons). You can also borrow our聽video conferencing system; ask a GIC staff member to check availability and to have it set up ahead of time.
The room can be booked for up to聽three hours daily聽and up to聽six hours a week.
The GIC can rescind the booked appointment at any time if deemed necessary.
