This award is for a clinician who has made a medical or societal impact through publication, guideline development, work with policy makers or knowledge translation, yet whose primary role is not research (e.g. not a clinician-scientist, has not held a career award). Supporting documentation should include a letter of nomination clearly describing the impact, a letter of support and an up-to date CV.
