13th 91 International Cellphilm Festival

Hosted by the Participatory Cultures Lab, the International Cellphilm Festival showcases short, powerful films made on cellphones by youth, researchers, and communities worldwide. This year’s theme, “Conversations and Connections: This Is Not a Time for Silence,” calls for bold storytelling that breaks the silence, sparks dialogue, and connects people across divides. Through accessible, creative media, the festival highlights how everyday stories can challenge injustice and inspire action.
