Microsoft is currently investigating an issue affecting Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. Some users may be unable to submit prompts and may receive a "Something went wrong" error.

Microsoft has implemented a fix and service recovery is in progress. Some users may continue to experience intermittent issues until recovery is complete.
