🪷4:00 - 5:00 PM:Join MORSL for a one-hour introduction to spiritual self-care through energy work and diverse embodied practices (such as tapping, breathwork, moving meditation, chanting, and journaling) that can help you ground, grow, and build your toolbox for spiritual well-being.

5:00 - 6:00 PM:Hosted at MORSL: 91 Meditation Club PracticeJoin 91 Meditation Club at MORSL's Meditation Space (3610 McTavish 3rd floor) to practice diverse meditation techniques.

5:30 - 6:30 PM:with the MSA. This class is designed for students at a beginner to intermediate level. If you can read Arabic, this course is perfect for you. We will explore key Tajweed rules. Location: SSMU 436.

7:30 PM:Join Christ Church Cathedral for a service of sung compline, the evening prayers. During this short 30-minute service, you’ll hear some of the Taizé Community’s oldest songs in French, and listen to a brief reflection on the day’s Gospel by a member of the Cathedral.

12:00 - 2:00 PM:Take a break and join the Wellness Hub for a wellness-focused outdoor activity featuring playful, movement-based games designed to reduce stress and encourage social connection.

12:00 - 2:00 PM:Visit the Nahum Gelber Law Library on April 1 starting at noon and get a warm cup of hot chocolate or tea.

12:30 - 1:30 PM:The B-Well drop-ins will create an opportunity for Black students to take a wellness break, connect with peers, and their LWA/Counsellor.

4:00 - 5:30 PM:"Choosing the Right Spouse: Green Flags to Look for by Sister Noor Jehan" Join the MSA for an insightful session on what to consider when choosing a spouse - focusing on the green flags to look for when making one of the most important decisions of your life.

5:30 - 7:00 PM:Weekly Diwanwith 91 Sikh Students' Association hosted at MORSL. Take a mindful pause with us at our weekly Rehras Sahib and Kirtan on campus. Together, we focus on calming the mind, easing stress, and recharging with the uplifting power of Naam.

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM:with the MSA. This semester, join us in memorizing Surah As-Sajdah! Already memorized it before? You’re still very welcome - this class is also open to those looking to revise and strengthen their recitation.
