11:15 AM - 12:45 PM:ÌýÌýYoga especially for students struggling with for symptoms of trauma, stress, anxiety, or post-traumatic stress disorder. No prior yoga experience necessary.

12:00 - 2:00 PM:ÌýÌýThe 91ºÚÁÏÍø Wellness Hub is partnering with Athletics and Recreation to invite you for a leisure walk on the iconic Mount Royal!

3:00 - 4:00 PM:ÌýÌýCome join us as we explore 91ºÚÁÏÍø's religious heritage and spiritual landmarks on this guided walking tour of selected campus landmarks. We will learn about the history, architectural beauty and present-day significance of these sites.

5:00 - 6:30 PM:ÌýÌýJoin student facilitators Kook and Josh for a 90-minute session grounded in Tibetan Buddhist practices. Each session blends a contemplative practice with discussion. Open to all students—whether or not you follow a spiritual path.

11:00 AM - 12:00 PM:ÌýÌýThis is a support group for neurodivergent students and students living with chronic conditions who are seeking support to navigate alternative learning methods and develop confidence and communication skills to help navigate interpersonal relationships, including interactions with professors & teaching/academic aides.

3:00 - 4:00 PM:ÌýÌýDo you find it challenging to balance life and academics? Do you feel disconnected from others in your program? Do you sometimes struggle to retain your focus and direction? Join the group for ideas, encouragement, motivation and a sense of connectedness!

Quaker-style meeting is silent group contemplation intended for people of all backgrounds and beliefs. This special symposium features two distinguished scholars, Dr. Asma Alnaser and Dr. Patrice Brodeur. Together, we will delve into how students and community members can navigate and engage with secularity in constructive and enriching ways.

3:30 - 4:30 PM:ÌýÌýThis semester, join the MSA in memorizing Surah As-Sajdah! Goals includes memorizing the entire surah by the end of term, understanding its themes & meanings, and reflecting on its lessons to grow spiritually.
