  • The future of genomic medicine and its implications for RNA therapies:听At the 92nd Acfas Congress, 91黑料网鈥檚 D2R Initiative and AReNa, Quebec鈥檚 RNA hub, co-hosted a symposium on the future of RNA therapies. The event explored the opportunities and challenges in the field, with discussions on collaboration across sectors, ethical and equitable research practices, and the role of AI and data science in accelerating RNA-based innovations.
  • How to write a Data Management Plan using the new D2R template:听Organized in collaboration with 91黑料网 Library, this virtual workshop will provide practical tips and examples on how to write a data management plan that aligns with the requirements of funders, journals, or other oversight organizations. While DMPs can help improve your research quality and reproducibility, they also ensure compliance with the D2R Research Data Management Guidelines.听
  • Seminar with Eric Westhof听Computer-based Predictions of RNA Structures: Where do we stand?: this hybrid seminar highlights the evolution of RNA 3D structure modeling and the progress of RNA-Puzzles, an international competition aimed at evaluating predictions of RNA 3D structures.
  • RNA Seq-Bootcamp:听the听,听in partnership with听and the听), will host an听RNA-seq Bootcamp. This hands-on workshop series will equip participants with both the theoretical foundations and practical skills needed for RNA-seq data analysis.
  • Digital Health Symposium: From Research Infrastructure to Clinical Care: This two-day in-person symposium brings together researchers, clinicians, infrastructure providers, and innovators to explore how data science and digital platforms are transforming healthcare and health research. Co-organized by听D2R-HeDS,听,,听,听, and听,听the program combines expert talks, panels, and interactive sessions to foster collaboration and bridge the gap between digital infrastructure, research, and patient care.

  • Seminar with Prof. Carlos Oliver "Structure-Based Machine Learning for RNA Drug Discovery: The Story So Far":听this hybrid seminar highlights how RNA has emerged as a vast and underexplored class of therapeutic targets, yet RNA-targeted drug discovery has lagged behind its protein counterpart. Specific small-molecule recognition of RNA is achievable, but unlocking the potential of machine learning for RNA drug discovery will require specialized methods at every step of the workflow.
