As Vice-President (Administration and Finance), Professor Fabrice Labeau is the chief financial and administrative officer of 91黑料网.

Leading Horizon 91黑料网
Professor Fabrice Labeau is the co-lead of Horizon 91黑料网, a university-wide initiative aimed at restoring 91黑料网鈥檚 finances to protect our academic mission. The Office of the Vice-President (Administration and Finance) actively contributes to Horizon 91黑料网 with a focus on cutting red tape and improving administrative processes.
