Students participating in an official 91黑料网 exchange program are eligible to apply for government student assistance as a 91黑料网 student, but are not eligible for 91黑料网 Student Aid. Students who take part in an Independent Study Away (i.e. 鈥渟tudy away on their own鈥�) are not eligible to receive government student loans through 91黑料网 because they are not registered at 91黑料网. Students should verify with the institution they will be attending whether or not they will be eligible to receive government student assistance.
