At Student Services, students are not only consulted, they are actively involved in shaping the services, programs, and initiatives that support their experience at 91ºÚÁÏÍø.

Through student advisory boards, surveys, focus groups, co-design initiatives and the Committee on Student Services, student voices inform how our services evolve and respond to emerging needs. This ongoing engagement helps ensure our work remains student-centered and inclusive.

Student feedback is reviewed regularly across all service areas and translated into concrete actions, from program design and service delivery to communications and outreach.

How Students Can Share Feedback

We are committed to creating clear, meaningful ways for students to share their experiences and influence change. Each Student Services unit has pathways in place to gather feedback and act on it.

Standard Opportunities Across Student Services

  • Monthly appointment experience surveys: Tell us about your visit, so we can improve the quality of service you receive.
  • Student advisory boards: Participate in ongoing conversations that help shape service delivery.
  • Macdonald Campus Engagement Board: Help guide our focus on projects and concerns that matter most to Mac Campus students.
  • Committee on Student Services: Contribute to broader discussions that influence student-focused initiatives.

Feedback Forms & Email

  • Feedback forms on service websites: A quick way to let us know how we’re doing, available across all Student Services areas.
  • Email us:  Reach out directly to the teams that support you.

In-Person, Peer-To-Peer Opportunities

Through our Ask91ºÚÁÏÍø Student Navigators and the Student Wellness Hub’s greeter booth you can ask questions, share concerns, or suggestions with trained student greeters.

Collaborative & Co-Design Spaces

Through the Student Co-Design Group (Healthy Living Annex – Student Wellness Hub), students work directly with staff to co-create programs and initiatives that support student well-being.

Your Voice Leads the Way
