Save the Date: Faculty Development in Simulation Debriefing
Dear colleagues,
Members of the 91黑料网聽Faculty of Medicine and the 91黑料网 Simulation Center聽will be organizing a special new聽faculty development half-day the morning of聽Sept 19th 2017聽focused on helping 91黑料网 teaching staff to improve their skills at debriefing in medical simulation. Our department is in the process of actively聽expanding our simulation curriculum and we will require a core group of聽staff who are proficient at simulation debriefing to facilitate聽in these new聽training sessions. I hope you will strongly consider attending this FacDev program. The strategies that will be reviewed will be helpful for giving trainees聽feedback in other settings as well. I will pass on more details when the become available.聽
