 and the 91ºÚÁÏÍø Simulation Center will be organizing a special new faculty 
 development half-day the morning of Sept 19th 2017 focused on helping McGi
 ll teaching staff to improve their skills at debriefing in medical simulat
 ion. Our department is in the process of actively expanding our simulation
  curriculum and we will require a core group of staff who are proficient a
 t simulation debriefing to facilitate in these new training sessions. I ho
 pe you will strongly consider attending this FacDev program. The strategie
 s that will be reviewed will be helpful for giving trainees feedback in ot
