Experts: Cancer in Canada in 2026

An estimated 254,100 Canadians will be diagnosed with cancer and 87,900 will die from the disease in 2026, according to new modelling published in the . Lung cancer remains the deadliest form overall, with concerning projected increases in several other types, including cervical cancer.
