Service Notice: REDCap System temporarily shutdown

The REDCap system (Administration & Research) has been temporarily shut down following the identification of critical vulnerabilities by the vendor.

To ensure the security of our environment and protect our users鈥 data, we have shut down our REDCap system while we review and perform the necessary upgrades.

This precautionary measure was taken to protect data and system integrity. Our teams are working with the vendor to address the issue and restore service as quickly and safely as possible.

Updates will be shared as more information becomes available.

Since March 2025, the parties have held multiple bargaining sessions to negotiate a first collective agreement. Negotiations are progressing at a regular pace, with both sides engaged and exchanging proposals diligently. To date, the focus has been on non鈥憁onetary topics, and the parties have reached agreement on the majority of the articles.

The union is expected to submit its monetary proposals at an upcoming meeting.

Future bargaining dates have already been scheduled for March and April as the parties continue their work toward a full agreement.

Since October 10, 2024, when discussions on the renewal of the collective agreement began, the parties have met thirty times and have maintained ongoing exchanges on a range of proposals.

On February 11, the employer鈥檚 representatives informed the union representatives that the employer was considering the possibility of seeking conciliation to help advance discussions. The union indicated that it would proceed with a request and submitted one to the Ministry of Labour the following day.
