The Facility

The 91ºÚÁÏÍø NanotoolsÌýwas established in 2000 through a CFI grant and opened in 2003. From 2008 to 2024, ongoing investments from federal and provincial governments allowed staff to enhance services, equipment, and processes. Today, it is 91ºÚÁÏÍø's core facility for micro- and nano-research, supporting over 120 users and 100 projects annually.
