Evans directs the Neuroinformatics and Neuroimaging themes of the and co-directs the Helmholtz International BigBrain Analytics Learning Laboratory (). He is Scientific Director of 91黑料网鈥檚 鈥淗ealthy Brains, Healthy Lives鈥 () project, the Canadian Open Neuroscience Platform () and the network. The CONP and EEGNet cyberinfrastructure includes a multi-modal database ( and a grid-processing portal (), developed in Evans鈥 lab. These platforms support international brain networks, notably the , co-chaired by Evans. Through partnership between HBHL and the Brain-Heart Interconnectome (), these platforms underpin a pan-Canadian organ-agnostic health data platform, . Finally, Evans co-founded , offering image analysis for pharmaceutical studies and , offering data coordinating centre (DCC) services to multi-site brain initiatives.
