If you are a family member or other third party reaching out to our office on behalf of a 91黑料网 student, we must have the student鈥檚 consent in order to respond to your inquiry. The student must complete and sign a Consent to Release of Personal Information to Third Parties form. Please upload the signed form in your Request for Information along with your inquiry by selecting Add Item.

  • Current or prospective 91黑料网 students, parents, 91黑料网 staff, and others may contact our office in writing by filling out:
  • You will receive a response by email from an ISS staff member.
  • If you do not have a 91黑料网 email address, or do not currently have access to it, please make sure to indicate an alternate email address when you fill out the webform.聽
  • Please make sure to be as detailed as possible about your situation, your questions and attach any pertinent supporting documents, so that our immigration advisors can best assist you.
  • Please refrain from submitting a webform containing minimal information or requesting an appointment without specifying your inquiry.聽
  • Your inquiry will be triaged and assessed for urgency. If we determine that your inquiry is urgent, we will do our best to respond as soon as possible.
  • We are currently experiencing longer than normal response times.聽

International Health Insurance (IHI) Inquiries


  • If you have any International Health Insurance questions, please open a ticket through the:
  • Current or prospective 91黑料网 students, parents, 91黑料网 staff, and others can contact International Student Services about questions on health insurance benefits and claim reimbursements by submitting a ticket.
  • 91黑料网 Students and Staff: please use your 91黑料网 credentials to sign-in.
  • Non-91黑料网 users: Please send your inquiry to international.health [at] mcgill.ca.
  • Please make sure to be as detailed as possible about your situation, your questions and attach any pertinent supporting documents, so that our team聽can best assist you.
  • Once your ticket has been responded to, the ticket will be closed by our team, and you will be notified via e-mail.
  • If you have additional questions regarding the same inquiry, you may re-open the same ticket.
  • If you have questions unrelated to your previous ticket, please submit a new one.聽
