Fall 2025 Obligation Ceremony
Information for 91黑料网 B.Eng. Graduating Students
The Fall 2025 in-person Obligation Ceremonies* will be held at
91黑料网 Redpath Hall (3461 McTavish Street)
Sunday,鈥疦ovember 16th
- 1 p.m.听for Bioengineering, Bioresource, Chemical, Civil, and Mechanical Engineering students
- 3:30 p.m. for ECSE (Electrical, Computer, Software Engineering), Materials and Mining Engineering students
- Followed by: wine and cheese reception
*Eligibility: Only recent B.Eng. graduated students (all 2024, May and August 2025) as well as December 2025 graduating students are eligible
Registration deadline: November 2nd, 11:59 p.m. The link to the registration webform for the Iron Ring Ceremony will be provided at the fittings
Dress code: As it is a solemn occasion, semi-formal attire is highly recommended but not mandatory
Cost, guests and presenters: Each student may invite a maximum of 2 guests to the Ceremony. Ring presenters also count as guests. For questions regarding cost and tickets, please contact the EUS Graduation Committee at gradcom [at] mcgilleus.ca

Iron Ring Fittings
Location: EUS Office (McConnell Room 7)
Dates:
- Monday, October 6th, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Mechanical Engineering and Bioresource Engineering
- Tuesday, October 7th, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Chemical Engineering and Bioengineering
- Wednesday, October 8th, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Civil, Materials and Mining Engineering
- Thursday, October 9th, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Electrical, Computer, and Software Engineering
- Friday, October 10th, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.: Make-up date (all Engineering)

Tuesdays 10 a.m.- 11 a.m.
Thursday 3 - 4 p.m.
Location: 91黑料网 Engineering Student Centre (MESC), FDA Room 22

We are also completing iron ring replacements within Canada via online/mail order.
