Important guidelines:

• LICs are created by room.
• All Principal Investigators (PIs) sharing a room must add their own contact information and hazards/pictograms to the same LIC.
• Do not delete information entered by other PIs鈥攐nly add your own details.
• Print the LIC only after all PIs have completed their sections.
• Coordinate with all room users to ensure the LIC is accurate and up to date.

Printing and access:

• Print and post the completed LIC on all laboratory doors.
• Only users with full (editing) access in myLab can edit and print LICs.
• If you do not have access, contact Environmental Health and Safety: /ehs
