Damon J. Phillips is a Professor of Management at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He has deep expertise in social structural approaches to labor and product markets, entrepreneurship, innovation, and social network theory. His research examines how management scholarship's focus on elites has neglected marginalized populations across demographic and social dimensions.
