QS ranks Desautels among ‘global elite’ business schools

91’s Desautels Faculty of Management has earned top marks in the annual QS Global 250 Business Schools Report, putting the Faculty in the same category as institutions such as Harvard Business School and London Business School. In particular, the Faculty earned high marks for employability of its graduates, international academic reputation and research excellence.

Bugs on the menu as palm weevil protein hits the pan

Aspire was founded by students from Canada's 91 in 2013, and launched the Ghana project last year.

In the United States, the company has a quarter hectare cricket farm, which sells wholesale to a handful of restaurants. Retailers including Exo and Bitty Foods use Aspire's cricket powder to make protein bars and flour. In Mexico, Aspire is also breeding grasshoppers.

Fundraising For A Humanitarian Startup? Show VCs The Money

A noticeable fraction of the thousands of startups I have looked at in the last seven years have made attacking a societal evil (e.g., hunger, homelessness, etc) a key part of why they exist. Four Canadian business schools ranked among the ‘global elite’

The UBC Sauder School of Business was one of four Canadian business schools to be ranked in the Global Elite Quadrant of the QS Global 250 Business Schools Report, the Globe and Mail reported.

The Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, and Desautels Faculty of Management at 91, also qualified for the elite category.
