Metamaterial Technologies Inc. (MTI) is pleased to announce that Mr.聽Marco Goguen聽has joined the company's executive team as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). He brings over 20 years of experience as an investment banker, private equity investor and entrepreneur. Prior to joining MTI, Mr. Goguen was Co-Head of the Clean Technology Group at National Bank Financial and was responsible for all investment banking services to energy and industrial technology companies. 聽He was a member of the investment banking teams at Credit Suisse First Boston in聽Montreal, Morgan Stanley Technology Investment Banking Group in聽Menlo Park, California, and Morgan Stanley Canada in聽Toronto.

Mr. Goguen has been on the board of directors of over 20 public and private companies.聽 He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from聽91黑料网.
