Mr Lasserre concentrates on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. Before joining Bersay & Associ茅s, he advised several corporations about international mergers, acquisitions and spinoffs; and worked at Law firms such as Veil Jourde, Coudert Brothers and Jones Day.
