Abstract submissions: We offer an opportunity for trainees (medical students, residents, fellows, and graduate students) from all sites to showcase their research at the Department of Medicine Research Symposium on Tuesday, November聽11聽from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, at the auditorium and atrium of the RI-MUHC.
Abstract guidelines: Your abstract should be a maximum of 250 words and 1 page in length, with the following format: Title, List of Authors, Background, Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusion. Case reports will not be accepted.
Presentation: You will be informed about acceptance of your abstract by October 24. If accepted, you must be available to present your abstract in poster format in person on November 11. The top 3 abstracts, as judged by our scientific planning committee, will be selected for 10-minute live presentations during our abstract slam at the symposium. There will be a cash prize for the best presentation.
