Student Ambassadors are expected to take part in a few promotional activities. Most of those activities take place during the Faculty's regular working hours, which means you would miss a mandatory activity such as a lecture or a lab. If you wish to take part in the promotional activities, you will need to request approval for a short term absence.

If you are a DMD I student or in the first half of DMD II, please read this document and follow the instructions. Your absence request must be submitted to the UGME Office at least six weeks in advance.
If you are a DMD III or IV student or have started the second part of DMD II, you will need to submit the DMD Absence Request听.听
As you have been provided with the list of important events for the academic year, please submit your absence request as much in advance as possible.
