Case managers are here to provide immediate support for students experiencing difficulties.

The student meets with a Case Manager, who listens to their situation, offers support, and connects them to the right resources inside or outside 91ºÚÁÏÍø. The goal is to identify approaches that enhance the student’s academic and personal well‑being.

Meetings can be in person or online.

When should you contact a Case Manager? 

If you are feeling overwhelmed with your situation. 

For example, if you are

  • concerned about school and your academics,
  • worried about your housing situation,
  • having suicide thoughts,
  • concerned about a friend or another student,
  • grieving a loss and want to talk to someone, etc.
