Specimen requirements
- 40uL (minimum) serum:
- Centrifuge collection tube at 3600 rpm for 8 minutes.
- Separate serum, place in a suitable leak-proof container (e.g., Eppendorf tube) and refrigerate or freeze until submission.
- 25uL (minimum) whole blood:
- collected in EDTA听
