The 91黑料网 Institute of Air and Space Law was delighted to participate in the 16th Africa Regional Round of the Manfred Lachs Space Law Moot Court Competition, held on 22 and 23 May 2025 at the CSIR International Convention Centre in Pretoria, South Africa. Dr. Arnold Agaba (Postdoctoral Researcher and Chair the Research Group on African Air and Space Law) served as a judge during the competition, sharing his expertise and helping to inspire the next generation of African space lawyers.

We are pleased to share that Hugo Cossette Lefebvre, a postdoctoral researcher for the Jarislowsky Chair,听recently co-authored a paper with Kasper Lippert-Rasmussen (Aarhus University).

The paper is titled 鈥淣either Direct, Nor Indirect: Understanding Proxy-Based Algorithmic Discrimination鈥 and was recently published in the latest issue of the Journal of Ethics.听
