Prof. Zhou is the inaugural recipient of the $30,000 Banting-Canerector Foundation Discovery Award, which was created to support pioneering research into Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD)鈥攃onditions that affect the body's connective tissues.

Congratulations to David Medcalfe, a Master of Information Studies (MISt) project-stream student at 91黑料网, who was selected as one of 14 national recipients of the 2025 Retail Council of Canada (RCC) Retail Education Scholarship.
