An issue is affecting the FOAPAL synch integration, the function that sends new and changed Funds and Activity codes from Banner to Workday. Presently, none of the changes or newly created Funds and Activity codes are being sent to Workday.

In myCourses, instructors are currently unable to export grades to Minerva from myCourses. This is an ongoing issue that IT Services is actively addressing, working closely with the vendor to restore this function and testing possible fixes.

As a temporary workaround, instructors need to manually enter grades in Minerva. Please see the following articles for relevant instructions:

Since we last wrote, we have made significant progress in identifying the extent of the remediation work that will be required in Moyse Hall. We can now confirm that the closure will extend through the summer. We are aiming to be able to reopen the spaces in time for the Fall 2024 semester but are not able to confirm yet whether this will be possible.
