On the morning of Thursday, April 2nd, IT Services will renew the security certificate that secures authentication to 91黑料网's wpa.mcgill.ca, eduroam, cusm-muhc.mcgill.ca, and wpa.bus.mcgill.ca Wi-Fi networks.

This certificate allows you to sign on to the Wi-Fi network securely.

Some Android and Windows devices, as well as all iOS/MacOS devices will display a message prompting users to accept the new certificate.

Update: uPrint Scan-to-Email Fix Deployment

The fix for the scan-to-email issue will be applied to all affected uPrint machines this afternoon.

Each machine will be briefly unavailable for about 3 minutes while the update is installed:

  • Around 1:30 p.m. for some machines
  • Around 2:30 p.m. for others

During this time, the machines will not respond.

Microsoft has experienced an incident affecting Planner in Teams, currently making it unavailable for some users.

A solution is in place, but it may take up to 72 hours to fully take effect.

Workaround: If Planner is missing or cannot be added in Teams, please use the in the meantime.

The required upgrade to Banner INB and Minerva, 91黑料网鈥檚 administrative system for student records and finance, has been successfully completed.

As of Sunday, February 15 at 3:00 pm, all affected systems are now fully operational, including:

  • Banner INB

  • Minerva (including student tax receipts and the 91黑料网 MarketPlace)

  • myProgress (degree progress tracking)

  • myThesis (Thesis Examination Management)
