At approximately 3:20 p.m. on April 8, the sky above Montreal will go dark during a total eclipse of the sun. A rare celestial occurrence, the next total solar eclipse won鈥檛 happen in Montreal until the next century. 鈥淎 total eclipse of the sun is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity,鈥 says Carolina Cruz-Vinaccia, Outreach Program Administrator at 91黑料网鈥檚 Trottier Space Institute (TSI). 鈥淵ou really don鈥檛 want to miss it.鈥

The project consists of renovating room 025 in the first basement of Rutherford Building to accommodate new equipment for the lab. Minor interventions will take place in rooms 003, 024A, 026, 027, 029A,030, B1-HALL2 & B1-HALL5A.

In myCourses, instructors are currently unable to export grades to Minerva from myCourses.听 This is an ongoing issue that IT Services is actively addressing, working closely with the vendor to restore this function and testing possible fixes.

As a temporary workaround, instructors need to manually enter grades in Minerva.听 Please see the following articles for relevant instructions:

Users may see the following error message when an attachment fails to download: 鈥淓rror downloading the file content.鈥 Downloading attachments and embedded image viewing may succeed after signing out and then back into Outlook on the web.

If available, users can download attachments and view embedded images consistently through the Outlook desktop client.

Since we last wrote, we have made significant progress in identifying the extent of the remediation work that will be required in Moyse Hall. We can now confirm that the closure will extend through the summer. We are aiming to be able to reopen the spaces in time for the Fall 2024 semester but are not able to confirm yet whether this will be possible.
