The event convened approximately 150 scholars from around the world to engage in discussions on the past, present, and future of comparative law.</p> Fri, 02 May 2025 19:49:07 +0000 Professor Helge Dedek 8053 at /wainwright /wainwright/article/mcgill-students-plead-2025-mignault-moot <p>On February 14th, 91ºÚÁÏÍø Law students Lara Kassem, Mario Michas, Amélie Delage and Xavier Lévesque represented the Faculty at the 2025 Mignault Moot in Quebec City, at Laval University’s Cercle Universitaire. With Lara Kassem and Mario Michas advocating for the appellants, and Amélie Delage and Xavier Lévesque advocating for the respondants, the team parsed complex questions of parental rights.
