  cancer\, the development and evaluation of a virtual care platform\, as w
 ell as improving international breast cancer outcomes. Dr. Cil is affiliat
 ed with the Wilson Centre at UHN where her research in surgical education 
 focuses on innovative teaching strategies and mechanisms of learning surgi
