    School Program | Listening to One Another to Grow Strong (LTOA): Mental Health Promotion for Indigenous Youth - 91黑料网 鈥 School Program The Listening to One Another to Grow Strong (LTOA) School-Program is shortened 6 session program that derives from the larger Family Program 鈥 A challenge of the implementation of a time and resource intensive program is how to scale it up to a larger population. 鈥 To increase accessibility, the LTOA team developed a shortened version of the program that can be implemented in school settings. 鈥 Changes for the school program include reducing the program's length from fourteen 2.5 hour sessions to five 1-hour workshops. 鈥 A facilitator in partnership with the Elder usually implements the one hour program during class time or after school.
