Taking a strengths-based and culturally sens itive lens\, the goal of this workshop is to empower students in navigatin g challenges while weighing the risks and benefits of doing so. Examples o f challenges can include conflict with academic supervisors\, communicatin g needs with professors\, and navigating the healthcare system).
