  the upcoming CIHR Project Grants competition.\n\nThe information session 
 will include:\n\n \n\nA brief presentation about the requirements of the P
 roject Grants by the Office of Sponsored Research\; \n	Presentations from P
 rof. Rosemary Bagot (Dept. of Psychology) and Prof. Simon Tran (Faculty of
  Dentistry)\, who will share their insights and experiences as peer review
 ers and successful awardees\;\n	A question and answer period.\n \n\nPlease 
 RSVP online by Thursday\, January 17th\, 2019 at 12:00 P.M. \n\n \n\nBackg
 round:\n\nThe Project Grant program is designed to capture ideas with the 
 greatest potential to advance health-related fundamental or applied knowle
 dge\, health research\, health care\, health systems\, and/or health outco
 mes. Project grant funding levels are proportionate to the requirements of
  the research proposed\, which is expected to vary by research field\, res
 earch approach\, and scope of project activities. The Project Grant compet
 ition will also have a specific funding envelope to support Early career i
 nvestigators.\n\n \n\n \n\nPlease note that the registration period will o
 pen on January 16\, 2019 through ResearchNet.\n\n \n\nFor more information
