 reet West\nJames Administration Building\, Room 302\nThe HSF Grant-in-Aid 
 (GIA) Program provides operating funds to support important\, pertinent\, 
 novel research in the areas of heart disease and stroke.\nResearch is supp
 orted across the four health research themes:\nBasic biomedical\n	Clinical
 \n	Health services/systems\n	Social\, Cultural\, Environmental and Populatio
 n Health\nResearchers who are planning to apply to the upcoming HSF Grants
 -in-Aid 2015/2016 Program (deadline Sept. 1st\, 2015) are encouraged to at
 tend this information session.\n \nOverview:\nBrief presentation about the
  objectives and requirements of the HSF Program presented by Rina Cohen\, 
 Grants Officer.\n	Presentations for Best Practices for a sound grant applic
 ation.\n	Q & A Period. Participants will be encouraged to raise any questio
 ns they may have about the Program and its application process. Those who 
 are unable to attend are invited to send their inquiries to rina [dot] coh
