 \, 2015\n\n \n\nTime: 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.\n\nLocation: James Administ
 ration Building\, Room 301\n\n \n\nThe purpose of the FRQSC’s Start‐Up Pro
 gram for New Research Professors is to assist new researchers who have jus
 t launched their careers to become established as independent researchers 
 and to become competitive nationally and internationally.\n\nNew researche
 rs in social sciences and humanities\, arts and literature\, who are plann
 ing to  apply to the upcoming FRQSC Fall 2015 competition are encouraged t
 o attend this information session that will include:\n\nbrief presentation
 s about the objectives and requirements of the Start-Up Program for New Re
 search Professor Grants by Grants Officers Lauren Clark and Joanna Mastale
 rek\;\npresentations of 91������ researchers with experience as grant awarde
 es under this program. They will provide potential applicants with insider
  information about strategies for creating a successful proposal.\nOn Thur
 sday\, August 27th\, the presenters will be\n\nProf. Anna Berman\, Departm
 ent of Languages\, Literatures and Cultures\, Faculty of Arts and\n	Prof. T
 homas Dotzel\, Faculty of Management\nOn Tuesday\, September 1st\, the pre
 senters will be\n\nProf. Frédéric Mégret\, Faculty of Law and\n	Prof. Vandn
 a Sinha\, School of Social Work\na question and answer period where partic
 ipants will be encouraged to raise any questions they may have about the p
 rogram or the application process. Those who are unable to attend or who m
 ay not feel comfortable sharing their questions are invited to send their
