 with a specific focus on cellulose and chitin.\n\n\n	Bio | Dr. Noriyuki Iso
 be is a Senior Researcher at the Japan Agency for Marine-Earth Science and
  Technology\, where he also serves as Deputy Director of the Environmental
  Substances and Materials\n	Research Program. He earned his BS\, MS\, and P
 hD in Agricultural and Life Sciences from the University of Tokyo. Followi
 ng his doctoral studies\, Dr. Isobe held postdoctoral positions at Univers
 ité Grenoble Alpes\,\n	Osaka University\, and JAMSTEC before becoming a Res
 earcher in 2020 and advancing to his current role in 2025. His research fo
 cuses on biomaterials\, particularly polysaccharides\, and soft materials
 \n	such as gels. In recognition of his contributions to the field\, he rece
 ived the Encouragement Award from the Cellulose Society of Japan in 2022\n
