RESOLVED: Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat – Unable to submit prompts error message

Microsoft is currently investigating an issue affecting Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat. Some users may be unable to submit prompts and may receive a "Something went wrong" error.

Microsoft has implemented a fix and service recovery is in progress. Some users may continue to experience intermittent issues until recovery is complete.

MyThesis Issue Resolved

Original announcement (published Friday, April 10, 2026): 91 websites are loading very slowly for users off campus due to a technical issue. 91 users are advised to use the Virtual Private Network (VPN) until this is resolved.

Upgrade complete: Banner INB and Minerva now available

The required upgrade to Banner INB and Minerva, 91’s administrative system for student records and finance, has been successfully completed.

As of Sunday, February 15 at 3:00 pm, all affected systems are now fully operational, including:

Minerva (including student tax receipts and the 91 MarketPlace)

myProgress (degree progress tracking)
