 nt with the worldwide “Project Management Institute Book of Knowledge”\, a
 nd can be applied on any project\;\n	The ability to “read” project environm
 ents\, detect and diagnose barriers and roadblocks\, and prepare strategie
 s for moving their projects forward\;\n	The skills and methods to apply at 
 their workplaces immediately.\n	A broad context of the subject and potentia
 l avenues for continued learning.\n\n\nBy the end of this course\, partici
 pants will be able to:\n\n\n	Position projects and deadlines within a commo
 n “5-step” framework\;\n	Quickly map out an action plan for moving a projec
 t forward\, or getting a project back on track\;\n	Use and adapt key templa
 tes and processes supporting the 5-step framework\;\n	Understand the role a
 nd challenges of the “project manager” function\; and\n	Understand how a pr
 oject management tool (ex: Microsoft Project) may help him/her fulfill thi
