 ssions to complete the Project Management course. The course requires some
  pre-reading preparation and minimal team work between the three sessions.

 ludes a combination of lectures\, demonstrations\, and group work. In clas
 s\, participants are formed into teams to work on real life project scenar
 ios. Class size is limited to ensure a high level of interactivity.\n\nThe
  workshop is designed to provide participants with:\n\n\n	A generic “4-step
 ” framework for managing projects that is consistent with the worldwide “P
 roject Management Body of Knowledge”\, and can be applied to any project\;
 \n	The ability to “read” project environments\, detect and diagnose barrier
 s and roadblocks\, and prepare strategies for moving their projects forwar
 d\;\n	The skills and methods to apply at their workplaces immediately\;\n	A 
 broad context of the subject and potential avenues for continued learning.
 \n\n\nBy the end of this course\, participants will be able to:\n\n\n	Posit
 ion projects and deadlines within a common “4-step” framework\;\n	Quickly m
 ap out an action plan for moving a project forward\, or getting a project 
 back on track\;\n	Use and adapt key templates and processes supporting the 
 4-step framework\;\n	Understand the role and challenges of the “project man
 ager” function and\;\n	Understand how scheduling software (ex: Smartsheets)
