 ssions to complete the Project Management course. The course requires some
  pre-reading preparation and minimal team work between the three sessions.

  includes a combination of lectures\, demonstrations\, and group work. In 
 class\, participants are formed into teams to work on real life project sc
 enarios. Class size is limited to ensure a high level of interactivity.\n
 \nThe workshop is designed to provide participants with:\n\n\n	A generic “4
 -step” framework for managing projects that is consistent with the worldwi
 de “Project Management Body of Knowledge”\, and can be applied to any proj
 ect\;\n	The ability to “read” project environments\, detect and diagnose ba
 rriers and roadblocks\, and prepare strategies for moving their projects f
 orward\;\n	The skills and methods to apply at their workplaces immediately\
 ;\n	A broad context of the subject and potential avenues for continued lear
 ning.\n\n\nBy the end of this course\, participants will be able to:\n\n\n
 	Position projects and deadlines within a common “4-step” framework\;\n	Quic
 kly map out an action plan for moving a project forward\, or getting a pro
 ject back on track\;\n	Use and adapt key templates and processes supporting
  the 4-step framework\;\n	Understand the role and challenges of the “projec
 t manager” function and\;\n	Understand how scheduling software (ex: Smartsh
 eets) may help them fulfill their role.\n\n\nTo register to the waiting li
