 ssions to complete the Project Management course. The course requires some
  pre-reading preparation and minimal team work between the three sessions.

 urse includes a combination of lectures\, demonstrations\, and group work.
  In class\, participants are formed into teams to work on real life projec
 t scenarios. Class size is limited to ensure a high level of interactivity
 .\n\nThe workshop is designed to provide participants with:\n\n\n	A generic
  “4-step” framework for managing projects that is consistent with the worl
 dwide “Project Management Body of Knowledge”\, and can be applied to any p
 roject\;\n	The ability to “read” project environments\, detect and diagnose
  barriers and roadblocks\, and prepare strategies for moving their project
 s forward\;\n	The skills and methods to apply at their workplaces immediate
 ly\;\n	A broad context of the subject and potential avenues for continued l
 earning.\n\n\nBy the end of this course\, participants will be able to:\n
 \n\n	Position projects and deadlines within a common “4-step” framework\;\n
 	Quickly map out an action plan for moving a project forward\, or getting a
  project back on track\;\n	Use and adapt key templates and processes suppor
 ting the 4-step framework\;\n	Understand the role and challenges of the “pr
 oject manager” function and\;\n	Understand how scheduling software (ex: Sma
