 themselves working across five generations on a daily basis\, in charge of
  teams with a hugely diverse age range. This unique moment poses great opp
 ortunities for creativity\, growth and dynamism in the workplace. It also 
 poses interesting challenges for leaders working across differences\, unde
 rstanding intergenerational communication and getting the most out of thei
 r teams. The facilitators will use creative methods to explore with partic
 ipants key themes related to the intergenerational workforce.\n\n	 \n\n	At t
 he end of this session\, individuals will have had an opportunity to look 
 at\, understand\, challenge and work with intergenerational differences in
  teams. Expect to think outside of the box\, play with ideas and have fun
