 tor Claude Soucy\, and to receive expert advice from renowned stage direct
 or and 'heads of today's opera scene'\, François Racine. Winner of an awar
 d of excellence at the 2022 Cégep de Sainte-Foy Musical Expression Prize G
 ala\, William particularly distinguished himself during his college studie
 s by winning 1st prize in the 'Voice (18 years)' category of the Canadian 
 Music Competition. He was awarded 91ºÚÁÏÍø's prestigious Schulich
  Scholarship\, which allow him to complete a bachelor’s degree with renown
 ed Canadian baritone Brett Polegato\, and pianist/vocal coach Louise Pelle
 tier. In 2023\, William won 1st prize in his category at the Concours de L
 a Relève Musicale de Québec\, as well as the French melody prize sponsored
  by baritone Jean-François Lapointe and the prize awarded by jury presiden
 t\, Rachel Martel\, for best stage presence in the 'Master’s' category of 
 the competition. The same year\, he also won 1st prize in the 'Classical S
 inging' category of the Sherbrooke Music Competition.\n
