DESCRIPTION:Who must attend Pre-Departure Orientation?\n\n\n	All students wh
 o are traveling outside Canada for University-related activities\, such as
  exchanges\, internships\, independent study-away\, field study semesters 
 and courses\, and research. \n	If you have previously attended a Pre-Depart
 ure Orientation session but are travelling to a different region\, you may
  be required to attend the regional session only. Please email mcgillabroa
 d [at] mcgill.ca (subject: Already%20attended%20pre-depature%20)  for furt
 her information.\n	If you are a graduate student traveling outside Canada y
 ou must attend Pre-departure unless\, you are going to an international co
 nference or formally organized workshop. You must still complete the Trave
 l Registry form on Minerva.\n\n\n \n\nRegistration for Pre-Departure is no
 w closed! If you missed the registration period\, please register at the e
 vent. Pre-Departure Orientation is mandatory. \n\nIf you are travelling to
