Ms. Héb ert was recently appointed to teach a Core Policy Course at 91's Max B ell School of Public Policy on the Canadian political and policy landscape . She is a Senior Fellow of Massey College at the University of Toronto an d holds honorary doctorates from Bishop’s\, York University\, the Universi ty of Western Ontario and Concordia University. She is a recipient of two Asia-Pacific media fellowships (Malaysia and Japan)\, as well as the 2005 APEX Public Service Award. She previously served as parliamentary bureau c hief for Le Devoir and La Presse. In 2014\, she won a National Magazine Aw ard (gold) for her political column in L’actualité. She is an officer of t he Order of Canada.\n\nSébastien Jodoin is an Assistant Professor in the F aculty of Law at 91\, where he directs the Law\, Governance & Society Lab. He is also a member of the 91 Centre for Human Rights and Legal Pluralism\, an Associate Member of the 91 School of Environm ent\, and a Faculty Associate of the Governance\, Environment & Markets In itiative at Yale University. His research focuses on environmental law and governance\, climate change\, human rights\, disability\, social innovati on\, and socio-legal research. Professor Jodoin holds a Ph.D. in environme ntal studies from Yale University\, an M.Phil. in international relations from the University of Cambridge\, an LL.M. in international law from the London School of Economics\, and B.C.L. and LL.B. from 91. \n\nChristopher Ragan is an Associate Professor in the Faculty of Economic s at 91. His research focuses mainly on the design and impl ementation of macroeconomic policy in Canada. In 2017\, Professor Ragan wa s appointed as the inaugural Director of 91's Max Bell School of Publi c Policy. He served as chair of Canada's Ecofiscal Commission\, a five-yea r project of independent economists and advisors to promote the greater us e of pollution pricing in the Canadian economy. He previously served as Sp ecial Advisor to the Governor of the Bank of Canada\, the Clifford Clark V isiting Economist at the Department of Finance\, and a member of the Advis ory Council on Economic Growth. In 2007\, Professor Ragan was awarded the Noel Fieldhouse teaching Award from 91 for teaching excellence.
