I will first consider an oversimplified random dynamical system to illustrate the power of a genera l approach based on the so-called pullback procedure. For the Burgers equa tion\, which is a basic evolutionary stochastic PDE of Hamilton-Jacobi typ e related to fluid dynamics\, growth models\, and the KPZ equation\, one c an realize this approach via studying long-term properties of random Lagra ngian action minimizers and directed polymer measures in random environmen ts. The compact space case was studied in 2000's. This talk is based on my work on the noncompact case\, joint with Eric Cator\, Kostya Khanin\, Liy ing Li.\n\n \n PLACE\n CRM\, Room 5340\, Pavillon André Aisenstadt Pavilion\n \n ZOOM\n https://us06web.zoom.us/j/84226701306?pwd=UEZ5NVpZaUlldW5qNU8vZzIv bEJXQT09\n ID: 842 2670 1306 / CODE: 692788\n \n ORGANIZERS\n Erica Moodie (Mc Gill University)\n Giovanni Rosso (Concordia University)\n Alina Stancu (Con cordia University)\n Hugh R.
